Amethyst Silver Wire Wrapped Earrings
I had so much fun making these amethyst and fancy jasper wire wrapped earrings. First, I weaved silver wire into a swirl pattern. Then I added the beads. Finally, I used silver wire ear hooks to finish the product.
Originally, I had planned to oxidize these earring. Unfortunately, they have an anti-tarnish finish and it did not work out. However, I adore the green and purple with the shiny silver.
These earrings are available for purchase in my Esty shop: TheCraftyCritterUS.

These earrings are handcrafted with silver wire. The amethyst and fancy jasper beads are securely wrapped.
The earrings measure approximately 1 ½” from the top of the weave to the bottom. This size does not include the ear hooks.
Colors may appear different than they actually are depending on your monitor color settings and the lighting used during photography.
Let’s talk
I would like to take this moment to thank you all for allowing me to share my craft! If you would like to let me know what you think, I would love to hear from you! The thoughts of others keep me inspired!
To oxidize or not? That is the question! What do you think of chemically oxidizing, tarnishing, etc. metal? I love the way the oxidation process creates shadows in my wire weaves.
